SHIPPING AND REFUND

DELIVERY WINDOW & SHIPPING

Every piece is hand-made. Delivery time includes order production/ preparation and shipping.

All orders are subject to production and fulfilment lead times before they ship.

Each piece is estimated to ship within the ship window specified on its respective product page,

and all ship windows are measured from the next business day after an order is placed.

Please expect 1-2 more weeks on top of standard procedure during peak seasons.

We appreciate your understanding during busy times. While we aim to ship your order within the stated ship windows, the actual time to ship your order may be longer or shorter depending on production capabilities and other conditions. All orders are custom packaged with special care

to ensure the quality and safety of your purchase. All orders are shipped via SF Express.

CUSTOMS, DUTIES & TAXES

Please note that depending on your order and country, éphēlis is not responsible for any customer and any customs and taxes applied to your order. The refusal of payment of such fees

(tariffs, taxes, etc.) causes a full cancellation of the order. Transportation cost and custom clearance cost associated with a cancellation will be deducted from the amount refunded to you.

it does not applied to bulk and business orders. All orders are shipped via SF Express.

Due to the situation in Ukraine, we are currently unable to ship orders to destinations

in Ukraine, Belarus, and Russia.

 

ORDER AND SHIPMENT CONFIRMATION & ORDER TRACKING

An order confirmation will be sent to the email once your order is placed.

You will received a shipment confirmation email once you order has shipped.

DAMAGES & RETURNS

Éphēlis accepts returns for damaged or defective items purchased only from our website.

If an item that is damaged or defective is received, one must email us within 48 hours of receiving the item with contact name, proof of purchase, a description of the issue, and photos of the item. Please save all packaging materials and damaged pieces before filing a claim.
